David Michael Loeffler, owner and founder, began working in the construction industry in 1998 while attending classes in the Building Construction Technology program at Portland Community College. After putting his knowledge to use in the field he realized that he could offer Portland Metro homeowners a valuable service. He now employs a dedicated crew that share his passion to serve and provide our customers with quality work, done right.... the first time!

Becoming licensed, bonded, and insured in 1999, David has made an adventurous career out of building, renovating, and remodeling. It is his conviction that God created him to serve Him through this vocation with biblically based values, quality workmanship, and integral business practices.
